You`re going to be surprised.... The number is much higher than what most realtors say......

These numbers do not represent the very few properties found on the MLS listed as a Judicial Sale (which only represent about 3-4% of all foreclosures).

These figures represent the true number of homeowners who have a Statement of Claim/Foreclosure registered against them.

Wow! There are so so many people that live beyond their means. Whenever one of my kids tells me their friend is "rich", I always ask them, " What makes you think they are rich? "What do their parents do for a living?" The answer to those questions tell me if they are really "rich" or if they are living beyond their means.
