Hi Everybody,

I`m 26 years old and live in Ontario. I went to the rein workshop when it was in Toronto last year and just purchased my first house. Everything is going good so far and my Tenant is under the old lease agreement. I never really had to go looking for a good tenant I got lucky and she was already there. Was wondering if anybody is willing to send me a Lease agreement they use and also what they use for an application form for new tenants etc. I have been searching the internet and trying to make up my own but thought I would ask with all the experience on here hopefully take away from some possible mistakes and missed items that might burn me.

Thank you

Jay

I believe I also went to the same REIN workshop last year!

Remember that any clauses in your lease cannot go against the Residential Tenancies Act.

I sent you a blank lease, application, and the required attachment from the Landlord & Tenant Board
