Friend of friend just migrated looking to rent

Hi all,

A friend of a friend just migrated in to Canada and into Calgary and looking for an inexpensive place to rent. Given that they are starting from scratch and yet to land their jobs, they are conserving their resources while leaving off their savings.

They would like to be close to downtown or a C-train station. Their budget is around $700 to $800 mark. Please let me know if you have any vacancy that falls in the category. Thanks!

Are they here right now?

We have suites available but none as cheap as 800/mo. All our stuff is good and many are close to the train.

Have them google Skinner Management and have them phone this agency. They own over 300 rentals and have historically had good rents (in the 680 to 900 range).
