Garage door only works from outside keypad after todays electrical storm

We had a humdinger of a thunder storm today and hear a lightening strike pretty close. Now the garage door doesnt ooen and close from the inside controller or the keypad from the alarm keypads in the house.

it will only open and close from the outside keypad.

any ideas?

Did you figure this out? I would recommend re-programming any of the controllers that dont work. There will be a little square button on the unit, push it once, then click the controller. The light on your opener should flash to tell you it has been reprogrammed. Mine stopped working a couple weeks ago but it was my fault, if you hold down the button it resets all the connections
