I am renting a garage out to a person who has stored a vehicle in it. Rental payments ceased last month, with the car still in the garage. (Derelect car??) What are my options? Can I sell the car for storage costs? How long do I have to wait?

Phone the Tenancy Advisory Board or the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service to get your answer. Are you able to give the tenant a notice of eviction?

Hoepfully you used a Warehouseman`s Lease as suggested by REIN because that will clearly state what actions you can take and in what time lines.
Take a look at your agreement as it should tell you what options you have.
The Landlord and Tenant Advisory board will not be able to help you as it is not a residential lease.
