Getting Tenant to Sign Credit Card Form

Hello, I was just wondering if anybody here gets their tenants to sign a credit card form allowing their cards to be debited if their cheques bounce.



I heard this idea off of one of the Jared Hope audio files that listened to. So I was wondering if anyone used it and the pros and cons about using it. It seems like a great idea to have for a back up so just wanted to get other experts opinions.

We do this all the time for my properties. You will need to be set up with your bank to take credit cards though. You can not just take their banking info. It works well!
