Hi Everyone,
FYI if you have properties with 2 or more units you can get 1st tier pricing for higher usage based on the number of units within your property.
I found out the previous owners were not aware and as a result paid more on hydro for a few years.
To benefit from this simply contact your power distribution company or fill and send them a declaration form for Multi Unit Residential Premises specifying the number of units you have within each property.
Here is an example of what the form looks like for Orillia:
