Good real estate agent?

Hi, my sister and her husband own a beautiful 3 bdrm rancher on the Queen Charolotte Islands. It is in the town of Masset. It is 2 acres on pristine ocean front with miles of beach as far as the eye can see..

They need to sell because they are moving and they don`t know any realtors who will advertise it in the right place for its best potential sales price.

Can anyone recommend a good realtor who would know the best way and places to advertise their place to get both a quick sale and a great price? I do think the realtor will be very important to selling this place because I`m assuming that it will be someone out of town wanting recreational property who would be interested in a place like this.

Any good recommendations will be much appreciated.

One that I would talk to is Niho Land and Cattle Company. They seem to be one of BC`s largest, if not the largest, recreational land brokers, with connections around the world..
