Got Inglewood (or vicinity) rental?

Hello All, I have nothing for rent in Calgary to offer a friend. He's mature (late 50s), and hoping to find something close to his demanding job in Inglewood. (Not high-end price point.) I have rented to him before and he was a dream tenant. He would even consider a shared accommodation home with a clean, quiet person if the location was right. I am not in the rent-to-own game, so I don't know if it would suit him, but it might. A place with quick access to Deerfoot is the 2nd choice.
