The popularity of pre-construction properties continues to grow, leading to more opportunities for Toronto residents to choose from.

You can add discussion on Why this is so beneficial, how sales teams and developers strategize or any related story you have.

Any suggestion e.g. real estate company or dealers is highly appreciated.
 
Presales make sense until they don't anymore. Many get lucky and make 100 on 100 but some get caught having to buy into a flatlined or falling market.

Avoid 1BRs or studios. 2BR with waterview or waterfront are easiest to resell or rent.

Ontario might introduce foreign taxes too like BC or may raise land transfer taxes further. Chinese capital inflow slowing down in any case. Unknown Trump effect too.
