Halifax and NS RE

Anyone have rental properties in Halifax? I am considering buying in this area and wanted some insight on the best parts of the city/province to buy in.

Hi Grant,

I recommend that, before you buy, you grab the goldmine scorecard from the Real Estate Investing in Canada book along with the property analyzer form.

Start with the scorecard, it will help you predict which areas of town are poised to out perform the others.

The Analyzer form will then help you really and truly analyze the number for the specific proeprty LONG before you have to write the cheque.

This due diligence will help you enormously in your quest.
