Has anyone heard TMG mortgage group?

Hey all, i would like to ask you all experts out there if any of you heard TMG mortgage group? I saw this add on a realestate website, and i saw some very interesting videos http://realtorassist.ca/vid/what-mortgage/ so i sent them a email, and few days latter i got a call from them, actually the guy from the video Robert. His a mortgage broker, and he said there are ways to increase your cash flows by changing your mortgages! So heres my question, has anyone heard of them and by what are the risk i will have to face if i decide changing my mortgage group instead of my home brance RBC? Helps and comment will be much appreciated!

It's a mortgage broker group ..



Any savvy real estate investor should work with a mortgage broker .. be it TMG or Invis or The Mortgage Center or Montrose or FirstNational or any other ..



It is like a realtor group: is Sutton better (or worse) than ReMax or Century21 ? The person makes the difference .. not really the association of the broker to the brokerage !



Yes, switching MAY make sense if you can substantially lower payments taking into consideration



a) the length of mortgage remaining

b) your preference of variable vs. fixed rate

c) the current rate of the current mortgage,

d) the new rate and

e) the payout penalty of the existing mortgage !

f) the new loan amount which may be higher if you wish to take some cash out
