Has anyone tried lease to own through MOMIMU?

Like an earlier post regarding rent to owns, I`m interested to see if anyone has experience with Momimu`s lease to own. The returns are advertised as being between 30% and 50% per year. There is only one fee paid to the company up front when the property is purchased. Investors need to be pre-approved for mortgages.

Naushy is a really smart girl and from what I know of her, she always puts the investors and tenants ahead of themselves
