Hi Folks,
After talking with Brent quite a bit, we`ve decided to do something for the REIN community. As I said on my blog this morning, the hardest part of analyzing a property is picking an accurate rent level. Using sites like rent-o-meter or scanning other ads will help, but there`s no substitute for experience.
This is intended primarily for out-of-town people, but it`s open to anyone considering buying a property in Edmonton. All you have to do is provide some details for the property, and preferably a comparable property or two. The goal is to do this once a month.
We’ll drive by, take pictures, tell you some information about the neighborhood and give you a hard number of what we’d rent it for. We’ll also give a range of rents; the real world can change, and we know that. What you get is a drive-by rental appraisal by expert in Edmonton property management and real estate.
