Hi REIN & Forum members,

As we build our RE portfolio we buy properties under our names and until we have established the corporation’s financial being, the company could only buy properties via assumptions…

I am not sure if this is the case for most of you, but my question is besides its tax implications, what are the processes of slowly moving all assets (specially well performing once) into my corporation? Would there be real benefit? Would this also help the corporation’s financial well being?

Best regards,

QUOTE (Dan_Eisenhauer @ Oct 7 2008, 02:37 PM) There are several threads on this topic already. Do a search for them.

Navaz Murji wrote a detailed post about the pros and cons of incorporating. I think this is that thread.

Sorry I should have started with the search engine first...Thanks Dan! :-)
