Help: Relocating to Brampton Area Ontario

I have just got a good job in Brampton ON. Currently live and own a condo in London. I have only $25,000 to finish my current mortgage (equity ~$130,000). We are looking for a new home in Brampton/Milton area. Should we sale our London property or simply get a second mortgage and rent our condo? For agents in these areas please advise on good areas of Milton/Brampton.

Regarding selling or keeping your condo;

This really depends on your investment strategy and how your condo does or does not fit with your strategy. Things to consider, does it provide the equity upside and cash flow you desire, is there a good tenant profile do you have a property management plan, does it fit in your medium to long term goals…

If your condo does not fit your investment strategy, you may be better off selling it and using the cashed out equity to buy an investment property that does bring you closer to your goals.
