Hi,
I requested to use my option to buyout the hot water tank instead of renting it for $20 a month until 2015 (and even in 2015 I would not own it if I rented it).
The company who is currently renting the tank is offering it to me for $1500 including everything - good quality 50 gallon power vented tank, 3 years old, instead of continuing to rent it from them for $20 a month until 2015 based on the agreement the previous owner signed.
Do you agree it makes more sense to buy the equipment for $1500 instead of renting? unfortunately, I do not have another option like buying a new one for less in another place as this was part of the property purchase agreement.
