How to get a 2.3% interest only mortgage

In this video, I’ll explain how to structure a $300,000 mortgage at $600/month with a variable principle kick back mortgage. I use it for my triplex/fourplex`s in Winnipeg. Hard to qualify for if you own 3 properties or less as rental offset is only at 20%. Once your above 3 rentals, it`s based DCR of 1.2. Which means your rental income has to be greater by 1.2 times then your mortgage payment, taxes, strata etc.
