How To Read a CMA

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to know the acronymns on the CMA reports I`m getting from my agent - I feel a bit naive asking them what they all mean if I`m supposed to be a `sophisticated` investor.

Hi Joey,

CMA is Comparative Market Analysis - Essentially a comparison to other similar properties, designed to give you a better idea on the price you should pay for the property in question.

What other acronyms are you unsure about?

DSING (Im guessing Detached Single for garage?)
DETAC,BRANC
PSURF
DE/PA
MFLAU
FD/ST (.... / stove?)
WINCO (window coverings?)
OSCTV
LTRAV
BKGRN
BKEPL
FE/HE
REGSS
HSINT

They may seem obvious to most, but too much information overload
