Hi,
I am aware of the fact the driveway in a triplex can legally be used for parking. However, there is an additional area (narrower) between the other side of the property and a church. I`m not sure if this area too can be used for parking. what is the best way to find out if it can legally be used for parking:
- ask city by-law department? or
- this information is supposed to be included in the purchasing agreement? or
- can tell based on the size of the area/based on standard legal parking requirements?
Thanks,
Neil
