Nowhere else that's worth spending money on, in my opinion. Facebook ads & Chatbot automation is my preference for generating the highest quality buyer/seller leads at the lowest cost (under $1 each).

How is your lead-gen any different from the several companies per week who reach out to every Realtor they can find through social media? Do you pre-screen the leads, or sell contact lists from online "squeeze pages"?
Do agents pay in advance and hope the leads work out, or pay you for the lead once business is closed?
