I'm looking for real estate wholesalers in Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge. I'm an investment focused realtor and investor looking for more properties to buy.
I find some with my own marketing methods but it's always good to leverage the help of others. I can literally buy a property every single month (both buy and hold and flips) with my partners, but I just need more motivated seller deals.
If you are a wholesaler OR if you know someone who consistently finds under market value properties in KWC, please give me their contacts. I have no problem paying assignment fees to those who find deals. Everyone has to win in a transaction
