Iam looking for a House

I live in Dunluce area in Edmonton.Iam looking for a bigger house in NW Edmonton.
Close to somewhere - 127 st and 145 avenue .
Any investor that could give a opinion or suggestion.(or if anymore has a property in this area and would like to trade.)I do not wish to use a realtor as it would eat up my money.

Are you looking to move across into the new stuff in Cumberland, or stay around Dunluce? What`s your existing house like (beds, bath, sq ft and parking) and what are you hoping to move into.

I won`t give you the standard Realtor song and dance about why it might be better to use an agent to help sell, but there`s no cost for you on the buying side. Feel free to give me a shout and I`ll give you some ideas, as I live in the same area, just 20 blocks east.
