Possibly .. But then mobile homes have been around for decades. We also researched stacked pre-built apartment buildings from the low 100's per unit .. Plus land plus basement plus permits plus hookup to grid (water, sewer, electricity, cable,gas, ...) .. So likely 150,000+ all in minimum .. Higher than most older buildings but close to prices in Calgary, for example. Certainly a future here, especially for remote sites with labour issues.
