Information on Clareview Place, NE Edmtn

Hi,
Does anyone have any information to share on the self-managed complex of Clareview Place, 132A Ave & 31St, Belmont, NE Edmonton with regards to management and typical rents for an upgraded 3 bdrm townhouse in the complex?

Thomas Bererton, a REIN member sold this place about 1 1/2 years ago for around 100/door to a condo conversion firm .. it was well managed until then .. (I know, I was an investor in that project) .. it may (or may not) have gone downhill with new owner ..

What do you mean by "self managed" ?

Do you own a unit there ?

What is the issue here in this project specifically ?

My understanding is that a condo project has to be managed by a licensed property manager in Alberta .. is this the case here ?

I have an offer to purchase in on one of the units.

Self-managed: there is a caretaker on site (20yrs +) and the condominium association manages the complex.

Maybe we are not talking about the same complex?
