Would anyone be able to direct me to some good websites regarding the tax implecations of real estate investing strategies?

Example: building houses then selling them in a short time period versus the 3- 5 year hold strategy.

The tax area is NOT a place to scrimp and save. Find yourself a quality accountant who owns real estate themselves (as this will keep them right on top of the many and ongoing changes in the real estate tax rulings).
