Insurance quandary. Renting out primary residence and living elsewhere.

So I have an insurance issue I'm faced with. I own a condo that I'd like to rent out while I'm renting another place. This puts me in an extremely positive cash flow position which is good. But I can't find any insurance company that will insure my condo if I don't live there. So how can I insure my condo with a tenant present and me elsewhere?
