Hi, I`m fairly new to the real estate investment market, My mortgage broker told me that she suggested in trying to rent to families as compared to students when requesting to provide coverage for insurance. I heard that most insurance would not want to provide coverage for student rentals. I`m currently possibly looking to purchase a triplex, and just wondering if this would be true and if someone could give me a rough idea as to how much insurance would cost me for the year.
