Interest Rates in 2018 and beyond

I’m pretty sure many here didn’t see interest rates going up yet but they have and seem to be going higher.

I’m assuming not too high but curious to hear your thoughts on where you think it’s going.

They are going up slightly but not a lot. Why? 20 and 30 year bond rates now almost the same as 5 year bond rates.
