Just wondering if you guys could give me some more info and advice before diving into investing in Chilliwack. I've talked to realtors in the area already but I wanted to get perspective from investors who had experience investing in this area?
I would appreciate if you could give me some insights on the following:
1) Investing in Sardis Vs downtown - target tenant,rent, single family vs multi family
2)Do's and Dont's when It comes to investing in Chilliwack based on your experience. ( Hopefully, I can avoid some of the mistakes and implement most of the good strategies that had worked for you guys)
