Hey everyone. I`m a brand new potential investor in Guelph. I`ve been looking around for my first property and while researching came across this online calculator. I`d love some professional/experienced investor opinions on whether it`s a good tool to use, and perhaps how it compared to the analysis system in the quickstart program.
Thanks for the reply Don, I am planning on visiting a quickstart program or at least buying the home study. Do they both come with a similar type of software? I`m pretty sure the homestudy does but don`t know exactly what comes along with visiting the conference.
