Investment Proposal/Analyzer Software

Hello everyone,

At some point in time, I found a great site listed in this forum for a subscription based proposal/analyzer software.

The web based program created a very nice 3-5 page report on a multi-unit investment property. If you know of or use such a tool, can you list the site address?
