Joint Venture forms

Hello
I am trying to create an executive summary from one of my current properties to present to a potential JV partner. Where in the REMA software can I do this? I haven`t been able to find a report that outlines purchase price, closing costs and projected property values over the next five years etc.

Hi Ian,
If you enter the property into the Analyzer it will produce those reports. It should take you no more than 15 minutes as you know the property so well.

Which heading or button do I use to find them?

After you enter the property in Analyzer, the Summary page has a button for a financial summary that will give you the 5 yr ROI. There is also a button for a detailed cash flow and summary cash flow report.
