Joint Venture Secrets Course

After recently taking the ACRE course here in Edmonton, I have decided to purchase the Joint Venture Secrets course binder.(I am still waiting for shipment to come in.)



Has anyone else out there taken this course?

I would love to hear any feedback.

The JV Secrets course is a wonderful course, that is the best benefit I got from joining REIN one year ago. I have been full time investing in real estate for a number of years before joining REIN, and I was at the stage to raise capital to grow the business. The JV Secrets course is a great start, I also studied every single post in this Forum regarding the Joint Venture struture and process.



The result: within one year, I have raised close to 1 million capital. (Equity partner, RRSP second mortgage, existing property equity take out, short term and long term loan and etc.) and did 6 joint venture projects.



I followed process carefully, used all the forms and agreements (Quetionaires, letter of intent and JV term sheet), my lawyer loved all the homework that I have done for him. Investors are very happy about the professionalism that I present.



I did not go to the Joint Venture bootcamp, but the JV course plus the support from members and material from REIN is high quality and great road map.
