JV Lawyers needed

I`ve currently reached the stage where I`ve defined all the terms of my JV, and am reviewing them with my accountants. The next piece of the puzzle is to translate my intentions into a formal JV, and I would like to interview lawyers who specialize in this (I don`t need them for the actual purchase).

Can anyone recommend a few JV lawyers for me to follow up with?

You probably need to mention where you are to get recommendations, as laws vary by province.
