I own a 54`x140` residential R2 zoned lott with a huge sloping and tree-lined backyard (could easily accomodate a walk out basement) in a really nice area of Highland Park, NW Calgary. It sits in an area that currently only requires a building permit to build. I`m looking for someone to either buy the lott and exsisting house(which could very easily be suited) or for a builder to finance and build an in-fill while I continue to carry the cost of the lott. The profit off the sale of the in-fill would be split accordingly.
