She doesn`t invest in properties but she comes highly recommended by many financial folks in London and has specialized in real estate law in her own practise for the past 16 years. Very thorough. As for a broker, do you mean mortgage or real estate. For mortgage, I use Sid Kemp at Scotiabank 519-642-4933, downtown London office. He`s one of Scotiabanks top mortgage brokers in Canada. If you`re looking for an awesome real estate agent... I can recommend Richard Miller, a fellow REIN member, investment property owner, and just so happens to be my finance. Couldn`t resist.
