What specifically are you looking for? And how do you intend to use it?

Lease Options are not widely used in Canada. Have I used one? yes. But I have not pulled the trigger on it and I do not intend to if I do not find a buyer for the home.
There are some folks out there that try and get LO on Luxury Homes but the success rate of selling the option is very, very, very low. Not worth the time and energy if you ask me.

Are you looking to Lease option properties yourself and sandwich them to a tenant?

Are you looking to buy property and just Lease option or rent to own them to a tenant?

What type of agreement are you looking for? What province are you in?

Thank you all for your comments so far. I was thinking that BC market conditions may favor this kind of business; meaning, I could search for motivated sellers to match them with potential tenants interested in buying after 24 lease. I`ll be looking for a 30K - 50K per deal, one deal per quarter. Does this make sense? or you think I`m out to lunch?
