Hello all,I found cash-flowing condos in Lethbridge but was told that Edmonton investors bought the building in Dec. 07, did NOT conduct an environmental study, and just sold off the units individually in February. Vendor`s realtor was going to fax me this notice -- should I stay away? She says "it`s been ok for the last 5 months" --(yeah right-that should be long enough
?). I was going to buy this from a fix-and-flip guy so it`s newly renovated with new tenants paying good rent....thx
