List Brokers feedback

Universal Lists - dealt with Karen there - good service, prompt call-back, pricey compared to what others posted, but for the sake of 3-6 cents vs starting over we carried on - she claims that their lists are more blah blah blah as does everyone else
We live in Airdrie, the pop here is approaching 40k, and they initially said they could get us 5600 single family homeowner names, so we booked our yellow letters and sent stamps based on these figures...
There is another thread on here that talked about having first names vs. initials only, and when we filtered for names only, the list shrunk to 2300 or so, so we had to add some other small towns around us....
Then we read the thoughts on approaching first initial folks, so we will go back and pick them up as well.....
I think the real proof will be in the callback ratios.....
