Looking for a Calgary RE Lawyer

Hello,

I`m looking for a Real Estate lawyer in Calgary to close my first purchase of an investment condo. Ideally looking for someone who is both competent and reasonably priced. Located in the NW would be a positive, but not a necessity if they meet criteria one and two!

I have been working with Gerry Peacock for almost 4 years. He is very reasonable and dilligent. He is also a real estate investor and landlord, so he has first hand experience. His office has easy access and free parking.
