I just bought a TownHouse in NW Calgary close to Upcoming LRT Station in Rockyridge.I already arrange for the Mortgage with 15% Down Payment .But I`m looking for Jv partner who can be qualified for 100% LTV Mortgage.
I `m offering 25% share of the property or a flat rate which ever is more desirable. I would take care of the monthly cashflow and all other closing costs.
