I am currently a student and have started a sole proprietorship. I am learning about real estate investing and am looking to purchase a property soon for cosmetic repairs. I know that buy and hold is the best for long-term wealth but I want to build up some cash for other R E investments.
I was wondering if there is a sophisticated investor out there who is willing to mentor me and help guide me.
