looking for a real estate mentor

Hi there

My name is adam and I moved to Dawson Creek BC from ontario a few months ago. Im looking for a mentor who essentially can lead me by the hand and help me gain investment experience via real estate, and make money and have fun

The closest "city" with a population of over 50 000 is Grande Prarie alberta. Im there pretty much every weekend so id be happy to meet a potential mentor anywhere between here and Grande Prarie for a coffee or whatever have you.

Ive attended REIN seminars in ontario, but none out here. I have read 2 of Don campbells books, but have yet to put them to physical use.

I would ideally like to find a quality teacher, someone who has experience in a full market cycle ( ups and downs) and has at least 20 properties under their belt. The reason for my specifics is because I want to follow the rein system exactly as its written in Dons first book.

I want to succeed the right way, so finding someone who adheres to that is absolutly paramount.
