Looking for a sophisticated RE lawyer

I`m looking for a knowledgeable (and patient) real estate lawyer. I don`t have the money to waste your time so no worries about incessant pestering. However, I`m a linear thinker and would like to know that I have someone in my corner who can independantly cross all the right Ts and dot their Is without my fearing that I`m leaving something out.

Also, if you`re the entrepreneurial type, perhaps you`d be interested in working on a marketing project that I have in mind?
