Looking for a accountant that has experience with other real estate investors and or has there own real estate investment properties.

If you're willing to expand that either 2 hours north or an hour south I can recommend two. But I also know they have very large books already so I'm not actually positive they are taking on more clients. PM me if you like.

I should ad that 95% of communication with my accountant is via email (80% +) or phone... I meet twice per year with them maximum. Once to sign tax return, once to run through the plan for the upcoming year..

As an FYI, I never choose my accountant due to their geography. I always choose them based on their experience with rental properties. My accountant hasn't been in the same province as me for over 15 years.
