am in the process of writing up an Offer to Purchase Agreement. Will lease from July 2009 to Jan 2011 with payments going towards purchase price then write bln with a new mtg. in Jan 2011. Lawyer hasn`t done an agreement like this before and is asking me to draft something up. Has anyone done this sort of thing before??? Thanks

It may be better to check around and find a lawyer that is familiar with the process.
