Hi,
I am looking for anyone passionate about purchasing Florida property.
I currently have a handful of rentals in my area and i was looking to start purchasing in Florida (i manage my own rentals here). I have done research already and i was hoping to network on the phone,on line etc to speed up the process. I thoroughly enjoy rental properties (i must be nuts
) and want to expand my portfolio.
My background is in the construction industry (30 yrs). I started out as a licensed carpenter and i am currently a project manager for a construction company. I work with engineers, municipalities etc etc daily.
If you are interested in staying motivated and sharing some knowledge about Florida Property Let me know.
