Looking for properties in Orillia/Barrie

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, not sure where else to put it. I am looking at purchasing my first investment property and will have a few weeks off during the month of August and wanted to take a look at some cash flowing properties around Orillia or Barrie (preferably Orillia). Sorry, I don`t know of any at this time. I bought 2 this year in Orillia, both from REIN members...so you definitely came to the right place.
