Looking For Property Manager in Edmonton

Happy New Year Everyone!!

I am relocating to Texas and I need to rent my one year old house. It is almost brand new, located in Summerside community with access to the summerside lake. It`s 3 bedrooms, 2300 sq ft and will be available by end of Feb 2009.

Can you please recommend a property manager in Edmonton who is reliable to work with while in Texas? Any advice or recommendation will help immensely.

Hi

By moving to Texas, you are now a non resident canadian for tax purposes.

You must get your tax affairs in order, or your property manager will have to send 25% of the gross rents to CRA (Canadian Revenue Agency or Revenue Canada)

Go to CRA website, non residents section and they have very helpful information. Talk to your accountant for further advice.

As a property manager, I don`t want to look at any non resident unless he has his non resident account set up. Too much liablity for no fee.

If you do a search on Edmonton Property Mgt, there is list of 10 plus firms to call.
